RULES FOR BOOKING HEALTH AND SPA TREATMENTS
1. Procedure for booking wellness and spa treatments
1.1. Reservations for health and spa treatments at the Health Centre “Energetikas”, SPA “Amber palace”, UAB (hereafter referred to as the “Health Centre”) can be made by e-mail, by phone or by visiting the reception of the Health Centre.
1.2. When making a reservation for health and spa treatments, the client must specify the number of persons requesting health and spa treatments, their names, the age of minors, the name of the health and spa treatments to be ordered, the date and time.
1.3. Upon receipt of a request for health and spa treatments, the Health Centre will provide the client with information about the likely date and time of the health and spa treatments and the amount of money to be paid. The Health Centre’s health and spa treatment services shall be provided to the Client only after the Client has paid in advance the full price of the ordered health and spa treatment services.
1.4. For Health Centre services, full prepayment (100 percent of the amount of the health and spa treatments) is required at least 24 hours before the start of the health and spa treatments booked. The Client is obliged to transfer the fee for the services of the Health Centre to the bank account No.: LT56 7300 0100 0234 9164 of UAB Sveikatos centras “Energetikas” AB Swedbank, indicating the name and date of the ordered service in the purpose of payment, or to pay it directly at the reception of the Health Centre. If the payment is not made or is made later than 24 hours before the commencement of the provision of the ordered services, the Health Centre Energetikas UAB has the right not to provide the ordered services.
2. Cancellation procedure for health and spa treatments
2.1. The client may cancel the Health Centre’s order for health and spa treatments without any penalty at least 24 hours before the start of the health and spa treatments ordered.
2.2. If the Client cancels the Health Centre’s order for health and spa treatments less than 24 hours prior to the start of the health and spa treatments, the Health Centre shall retain the amount of the Client’s prepaid amount as liquidated damages for non-performance of the contractual obligations. The Client agrees that such forfeiture shall be considered as a loss and expense incurred by the Health Centre.
2.3. If the Client does not use all the health and spa treatments booked at the Health Centre, the Health Centre has the right to retain and not refund the prepayment. The Client agrees that such non-refundable amount shall be deemed to be the costs and losses incurred by the Health Centre as a result of the partial fulfilment of the booking.
2.4 “Disputes regarding improper performance or non-performance of the contract shall be settled out of court in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania at the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail : tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel.(8 5) 262 67 51, fax. 3. Prices and payments
3.1. The prices and other terms and conditions of the Health Centre’s health and spa treatments are set out on the Health Centre’s website www.energetikas.lt and other official promotional and informational material.
3.2. The Health Centre’s health and spa treatments shall be paid for in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 1.4 of these Terms and Conditions.
3.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the price of the Health Centre’s health and spa treatments.
