1.3. The Health Center, having received an order for wellness and SPA procedures, provides the Client with information about the possible date and time of provision of wellness and SPA procedures and the amount of money required to be paid. Wellness and SPA procedures services of the Health Center are provided to the Client only after the full price of the ordered wellness and SPA procedures services has been paid in advance.

1.4. When ordering wellness and SPA procedures services provided by the Health Center, full (100 percent of the amount of wellness and SPA procedures services) prepayment is required, no later than 24 hours before the start of the provision of the ordered wellness and SPA procedures services. The Client must transfer the fee for wellness and SPA procedures services provided by the Health Center to UAB Sveikatos centros “Energetikas” AB Swedbank bank account No.: LT56 7300 0100 0234 9164, indicating the name and date of the ordered service in the payment purpose or pay directly at the Health Center reception. If payment is not made or if it is made later than 24 hours before the start of the ordered wellness and SPA procedure services, UAB sveikatos centras “Energetikas” has the right not to provide the ordered services.

2. Procedure for canceling an order for wellness and SPA procedure services

2.1. The Client may cancel the order for wellness and SPA procedure services of the Health Center without any penalty no later than 24 hours before the start of the ordered wellness and SPA procedure services.

2.2. If the Client cancels the order for wellness and SPA procedure services of the Health Center less than 24 hours before the start of the ordered wellness and SPA procedure services, the Health Center retains the amount of the prepayment paid by the Client as a penalty for failure to fulfill contractual obligations. The Client agrees that such a non-refundable amount is considered the Health Center’s losses and incurred expenses.

2.3. If the Client does not use all the ordered wellness and SPA services at the Health Center, the Health Center has the right to retain and not refund the prepayment. The Client agrees that such non-refundable amount will be considered as the Health Center’s expenses and losses incurred due to the partial fulfillment of the order.

2.4 “Disputes regarding improper performance or non-performance of the contract shall be considered out of court in accordance with the procedure established by the Law on Consumer Rights Protection of the Republic of Lithuania at the State Consumer Rights Protection Service, address Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, e-mail tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 3. Prices and payments

3.1. The prices and other conditions of the wellness and SPA procedure services provided by the Health Center are provided on the website www.energetikas.lt, and in other official promotional and informational materials of the Health Center.

3.2. The payment for the wellness and SPA procedure services of the Health Center must be made in accordance with the procedure established in clause 1.4. of these Terms.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the prices of the wellness and SPA procedure services provided by the Health Center.
