UAB HEALTH CENTRE “ENERGETIKAS” HEALTH SERVICES ORDERING RULES

1. Procedures for ordering healthcare services

1.1. Reservations for health services at the UAB Health Centre “Energetikas” (hereinafter referred to as “Health Centre”) can be made by e-mail, telephone, online booking systems or by visiting the reception of the Health Centre.

1.2. When placing an order for wellness services, the client must specify the number of persons requesting wellness treatments, their names and surnames, the age of minors, the name (type) of the wellness treatments to be ordered, and the date and time.

1.2.1. By booking a health service, the client confirms that the data provided is accurate and correct.

1.2.2. The client must inform the Health Centre of any health problems, allergies, pregnancy or other circumstances that may affect the performance of the procedures or the safety of the client.

1.3. When the Health Centre receives a request for health services, it provides the client with information about the likely date and time of the health services and the amount of money to be paid. The Health Centre’s health services shall only be provided after the Client has paid in advance the full cost of the health services ordered.

1.4. Full prepayment (100% of the amount of the health services) is required for Health Centre health services, at least 24 hours before the start of the health services ordered. The Client is obliged to transfer the fee for the Health Centre’s health services to the bank account of UAB Sveikatos centras “Energetikas” AB Swedbank bank account No.: LT56 7300 0100 0234 9164, indicating the name and date of the ordered service in the purpose of the payment, or to pay it directly at the Health Centre’s reception. If the payment is not made or is made later than 24 hours before the commencement of the provision of the ordered health care services, UAB Sveikatos centras Energetikas has the right not to provide the ordered services.

1.5. The client must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

1.6. In case of late arrival, the duration of the procedure may be shortened in order not to affect the reservation schedule of other clients. In this case, the full price of the treatment will not be reduced.

1.7. The Health Centre has the right to refuse to provide services to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other psychotropic substances, as well as to persons whose behaviour endangers the safety and recreation of staff or other clients.

1.8. Health services for minors are provided only with the consent and responsibility of their parents, guardians or accompanying adults.

1.9. Customers are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The Health Centre is not responsible for abandoned or lost personal belongings.

2. Cancellation and modification procedures

2.1. Cancellation of accommodation reservations

2.1.1. The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 calendar days before the arrival date.

2.1.2. In case of cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the arrival date, the deposit paid is non-refundable.

2.1.3. In case of no-show on the day of the reservation and without prior notification, the reservation is considered as cancelled on the Customer’s initiative and the deposit paid is non-refundable.

2.1.4. Reservation date changes are subject to availability and must be agreed with the property.

2.2. Cancellation of bookings for health treatments

2.2.1. The client can cancel the reservation for a wellness treatment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment.

2.2.2. Changes to the date or time of the treatment can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation, subject to availability.

2.2.3. If a client cancels a treatment booking less than 24 hours before the start of the treatment, the deposit or the full amount paid is non-refundable.

2.2.4. If the Client does not show up for the booked procedure without prior notification, the booking shall be deemed to have been cancelled at the Client’s initiative and the payment made shall not be refunded.

2.2.5. If the Client does not use all the services booked, the Health Centre has the right to forfeit the amount paid for the unused services.

2.3. Health Centre rights

2.3.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (technical failures, staff illness, force majeure or other objective reasons), the Health Centre has the right to: change the time of the reservation; change the specialist; cancel the reservation. In this case, the client will be offered an alternative time or a refund.

2.4. Dispute resolution procedures

2.4.1. Disputes concerning the improper performance or non-performance of a contract shall be settled out of court in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights of the Republic of Lithuania at the State Consumer Rights Protection Service:

3. Prices and payments

3.1. The prices and other terms and conditions of the health services provided by the Health Centre are set out on the website www.energetikas.lt and in other official promotional and informational material of the Health Centre.

3.2. The Health Centre’s health services shall be paid for in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 1.4 of these Terms and Conditions.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the prices of the health services provided at the Health Centre.

3.4. Gift vouchers and promotional offers are valid for the period of time specified in the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3.5. The Health Centre has the right to charge additional fees for additional services not included in the original booking.

4. Internal rules of order and conduct

4.1. Clients must comply with hygiene, safety and staff instructions throughout their visit.

4.2. No noise, foul language, disturbance or other inappropriate behaviour is allowed in the wellness and relaxation areas.

4.3. Smoking, the consumption of alcoholic beverages or other psychoactive substances, or being under the influence of such substances, is prohibited in the Health Centre’s health and recreation areas.

4.4. The client is liable for damages caused to the Health Centre or third parties due to his/her fault or non-compliance with the rules.

4.5. The Health Centre has the right to refuse service to a client who does not comply with these rules without refund.

5. Protection of personal data

5.1. The personal data provided by the client is processed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5.2. The client’s personal data is used only for the purposes of booking, administering and providing the health services.

5.3. By making a reservation, the Client confirms that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by these rules.
