GENERAL PURCHASE RULES

1. A gift voucher (hereinafter referred to as GV) confirms the holder’s right to use the service or amount specified on the gift voucher.
2. No discounts are applied at the time of purchase for vouchers that specify a specific amount, such as EUR 100 (one hundred euros). The recipient/holder of such a voucher who arrives for a procedure with a voucher for a specific amount has the opportunity to take advantage of special programs or monthly promotional offers valid at that time, which are announced at www.energetikas.lt or www.amberpalanga.lt
3. A person who has a gift voucher for a specific amount must use the entire amount during a single visit.
4. UAB “Energetikas” Gift vouchers can be purchased at the UAB “Energetikas” reception in Palanga (Kuršių takas 1) or on the websites www.energetikas.lt and www.amberpalanga.lt

When purchasing a gift voucher in the online store, UAB Energetikas requests that the buyer provide the following information:

1. If you do not arrive and do not notify us of your absence 24 hours or another deadline specified in the coupon before the service begins, the Gift Coupon amount corresponding to the price of the selected service is canceled from the Gift Coupon value, the coupon is considered used, cannot be exchanged for other services, goods or money, and in this case, the terms of the coupon extension rules do not apply.
2. The data of a customer who does not arrive and does not notify us of your absence is included in the lists of unreliable customers.
3. The Gift Coupon is valid for the number of months specified in the Service Description at the time of purchase, the purchase date is calculated from the date of purchase of the coupon.
4. The expiration date of the Gift Coupon is indicated on the Gift Coupon. After the expiration date, the Gift Coupon is considered invalid and cannot be exchanged for other goods or money.
5. 14 DAY extension guarantee: The gift coupon can be extended during its validity period by informing the UAB Energetikas administration in advance. The coupon can be extended during its validity period only once, for a maximum of 14 days, with the consent of UAB Energetikas. UAB Energetikas reserves the right not to extend the coupon in cases of abuse.
6. The Buyer, before purchasing a gift coupon (the points also apply to the coupon holder who received the coupon from the Buyer):
7. At the time of purchase, assumes full responsibility for the ability to use the gift coupon on time, having consciously and independently weighed and assessed all generally prevailing circumstances in the Republic of Lithuania, due to pandemic, quarantine, natural disasters, force majeure cases or the conditionality of the current situation, both now and in the indefinite term, while the coupon is valid. In such cases, it is considered that the company – through no fault of its own – essentially has no opportunity to provide the service under the gift voucher.
8. UAB “Energetikas” operates in accordance with the procedure and requirements established by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, in this case, regardless of when the Buyer purchased the voucher, before or after the pandemic, (or at any time), if all circumstances are met to use the voucher, and the company can function at that time, it is considered that the Buyer should (must) use the service during its validity period or within the specified period. Failure to do so, the voucher is considered invalid, and the money is not refunded for it.
9. UAB “Energetikas” is not responsible for the coupon holder himself to use the voucher on time. It is considered that the validity period of the voucher is sufficient to use it, and the buyer is independently responsible for whether or not he will use the voucher on time. The money for the purchased coupon is not refundable.
10. Payment for a gift coupon is considered an irreversible conscious decision of the Buyer at the time of purchasing the coupon, when it is considered that the Buyer has assessed all the generally prevailing circumstances (pandemic, other).
11. UAB “Energetikas” is not and cannot be responsible for the current or future health status of the coupon holder, neither now nor in the future, nor is it responsible for the client’s political, economic, ethical attitudes due to which the client did not use it or avoids, delays using it on time or within the specified period.
12. Payment for a gift coupon is the fact that the Buyer, at the time of purchasing the gift coupon, has assessed all the circumstances regarding his/her current or possible health status, and the possibility of using it. The Company is not responsible in any way if the Buyer cannot, could not or will not be able to use the coupon during its validity period, except for the cases provided for in these rules.
    1. The Gift Coupon is not exchangeable for money.
    2. The services specified in the Gift Coupon can be exchanged for others that correspond to the prices of the services specified in the coupon or the prices at the time of purchase (if it was a different price). Otherwise, the difference must be paid.
    3. The Gift Coupon holder is fully responsible for the safety of the Gift Coupon. UAB “Energetikas”  is not responsible for the loss of the Gift Coupon.
    4. The fact of purchasing/possessing the coupon confirms that both the buyer at the time of purchasing the gift coupon and the coupon holder (if the buyer gave the coupon as a gift), upon receiving the coupon, agree to the terms and conditions of use of the gift coupon specified therein.
    5. If desired, an invoice will be issued by UAB ,,Energetikas” after the service is provided. 
    6. The gift coupon holder is fully responsible for the security of the Gift Coupon. UAB ,,Energetikas” is not responsible for the loss of the Gift Coupon.
    7. The information provided by the provider is confidential and may be provided to third parties by UAB “Energetikas” only in cases established by law.

    9. UAB “Energetikas” reserves the right to change these Gift Coupon usage rules and undertakes to inform about this in advance on the websites: www.energetikas.lt and www.amberpalanga.lt 

Gift coupon rules:

1. The gift coupon is valid for the goods and (or) services specified in it, the validity of the coupon is indicated on the coupon itself, after the expiration date, the coupon is considered invalid, it cannot be exchanged for money, other services or goods.
2. The gift coupon can be extended once during its validity, no later than 14 days, with the consent of UAB Energetikas. UAB Energetikas reserves the right not to extend the coupon in cases of misuse.
3. In case of late arrival for a SPA procedure, the delay time is deducted from the duration of the procedure.
4. In case of non-arrival and failure to notify the guest of non-arrival 24 hours in advance before the arrival time, the gift voucher is cancelled and considered used.
5. The gift voucher is not exchangeable for money.
6. The gift voucher holder is fully responsible for the safety of the gift voucher. UAB Energetikas is not responsible for the loss of the Gift Voucher. 
7. The fact of purchasing/possessing the voucher confirms that the buyer at the time of purchasing the gift voucher, as well as the voucher holder (recipient), upon receiving the voucher, agrees to the terms and conditions of use of the voucher.
