GENERAL RULES FOR PURCHASING

1. The Gift Certificate (hereinafter referred to as “GC”) confirms the holder’s entitlement to use the service or amount specified in the Gift Certificate.
2. A voucher with a specific amount, such as €100 (100 euros), is not eligible for any discounts at the time of purchase. The recipient/holder of such a Voucher, upon entering the procedure with a Voucher for a specific amount, shall have the opportunity to take advantage of the special programmes or monthly promotions in force at that time and announced in www.energetikas.lt or www.amberpalanga.lt
3. A person holding a Gift Voucher for a specific amount must use the full amount in one visit.
4. UAB ,,Energetikas” Gift vouchers can be purchased at the reception of UAB ,,Energetikas” in Palanga (Kuršių takas 1) or on the following websites www.energetikas.lt and www.amberpalanga.lt

When purchasing a Gift Voucher in the online shop, UAB ,,Energetikas” asks for the following customer data:

1. In the event of non-appearance and non-notification 24 hours or such other period as may be specified in the voucher before the commencement of the service, the amount of the Gift voucher corresponding to the cost of the service selected shall be cancelled from the value of the Gift voucher, the voucher shall be deemed to be used, and the voucher shall not be redeemable for any other services, goods or money, and in this case, the terms and conditions of the voucher extension rules shall not be applicable.
2. The data of a customer who has failed to show up and who has not given notice of his/her failure to appear is added to the list of unreliable customers.
3. The gift voucher is valid for the number of months specified in the Service Description at the time of purchase, with the purchase date starting from the date of purchase.
4. The expiry date of the Gift Voucher is indicated on the Gift Voucher. Once the expiry date has passed, the Gift Voucher is considered invalid and cannot be exchanged for other goods or money.
5. 14 DAY RENEWAL GUARANTEE: The gift voucher can be renewed during its validity period by informing the UAB Energetikas administration in advance. The voucher may only be extended once during its validity period, up to a maximum of 14 days, with the agreement of UAB Energetikas. UAB Energetikas reserves the right not to renew the voucher in cases of misuse.
6. The Buyer, before purchasing the gift voucher (the points also apply to the voucher holder who received the voucher from the Buyer):

At the time of purchase, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for the timely use of the gift voucher, after having consciously and independently weighed and assessed all generally prevailing circumstances in the Republic of Lithuania due to a pandemic, quarantine, natural disasters, cases of force majeure or the conditionality of the current situation, both in the present and in the indefinite future, for the duration of the voucher. In such cases, it shall be considered that the company – through no fault of its own – is in principle unable to provide the service under the gift voucher.

Energetikas UAB operates in accordance with the procedures and requirements of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, in which case, no matter when the Purchaser purchased the voucher, before or after the pandemic (or at any time), provided that all the circumstances for the use of the LTC are in place and the company is able to operate at that time, the Purchaser is deemed to have used the service during its validity period or the specified time limit. Failure to do so shall render the Voucher null and void and shall not result in a refund.
9. Energetikas UAB is not responsible for the voucher holder to use the voucher in time. The validity period of the voucher shall be deemed to be sufficient for the use of the voucher and it shall be at the buyer’s own risk as to whether or not the voucher is used in time. No refund is given for the purchase of a voucher.
10. Payment for a gift voucher shall be deemed to be an irreversible conscious decision by the Purchaser, at the time of purchase of the voucher, where the Purchaser is deemed to have taken into account all the circumstances prevailing in the world (pandemic, other).
11. Energetikas UAB is not and cannot be held responsible for the current or future health condition of the voucher holder, nor is it responsible for the political, economic, ethical attitudes of the customer that lead to his/her failure to use the voucher, or to his/her avoidance, delay or delay in using the voucher on time or within the time limit.
12. The payment of a gift voucher constitutes the fact that the Purchaser has, at the time of purchase of the gift voucher, taken into account all the circumstances of his/her current or potential health condition and the possibility to use it. The Company shall not be liable in any way whatsoever if the Purchaser is unable, has been unable or will be unable to redeem the Gift Voucher during its validity period, except as provided for in these Rules.
    1. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
    2. The services mentioned in the gift voucher can be exchanged for other services corresponding to the prices mentioned in the voucher, or to the prices at the time of purchase (if this was a different price). Otherwise, the difference must be paid in addition.
    3. The Gift Voucher Holder is fully responsible for the security of the Gift Voucher. UAB “Energetikas” is not responsible for the loss of the Gift Voucher.
    4. The purchase/possession of a voucher confirms that both the purchaser at the time of purchase and the holder of the voucher (if the purchaser has donated or handed over the voucher) at the time of receipt of the voucher agree to the terms and conditions of use of the voucher.
    5. Upon request, the invoice will be issued by UAB ,,Energetikas” after the service has been provided.
    6. The Gift Voucher Holder is fully responsible for the security of the Gift Voucher. UAB ,,Energetikas” shall not be liable for the loss of the Gift Voucher.
    7. Information about the buyer or the holder of the Gift Voucher is confidential and may only be provided to third parties by UAB ,,Energetikas” in cases provided by law.

    9. UAB ,,Energetikas” reserves the right to change these rules for the use of the Gift Voucher and undertakes to inform about it in advance on the websites: www.energetikas.lt and www.amberpalanga.lt

Gift voucher rules:

1. A gift voucher is valid for the goods and/or services listed on the voucher, the validity of the voucher is indicated on the voucher itself, and the voucher is considered invalid upon expiry, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services or goods.
2. The gift voucher may be extended once during its validity period, not later than 14 days, with the consent of UAB Energetikas. UAB Energetikas reserves the right not to renew the voucher in cases of misuse.
3. In case of late arrival to the spa treatment, the time of delay is deducted from the duration of the treatment.
4. In case of no-show and without 24 hours’ notice before the arrival time, the gift voucher will be cancelled and considered as used.
5. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
6. The holder of the gift voucher is fully responsible for the security of the gift voucher. Energetikas UAB is not responsible for the loss of the Gift Certificate.
7. The purchase/possession of a voucher confirms that both the purchaser at the time of purchase of the gift voucher and the voucher holder/recipient at the time of receipt of the voucher agree to the terms and conditions of use.
