Halotherapy (salt room)
Halotherapy is a non-medicated method of physical well-being that simulates the natural microclimate of a salt mine in a specially equipped room covered with salt crystals.
The salt particles are so small that they pass through the respiratory tract and into the small bronchial tubes, which makes it easier to expectorate, cleanse the bronchi, and help breathing through your nose.
Therapeutic effects:
- reduces inflammation;
- relaxes the bronchi;
- liquefies mucus;
- protects the respiratory tract against infections;
- boosts immunity;
- calms the nervous system.
Halotherapy (salt room) is recommended if you are bothered by:

- chronic lung disease;
- atopic dermatitis;
- bronchial asthma;
- respiratory diseases;
- seborrhoeic seborrhoea;
