The rehabilitation centre offers the following services for adults:
– rehabilitation II;
– rehabilitation II repeated course;
– outpatient rehabilitation II;
– maintenance rehabilitation.

Services to patients suffering from certain diseases:

• nerve diseases;

• cardiology diseases;

• alimentary tract diseases;

• endocrynological diseases;

• gynecological diseases;

• kidney diseases;

• locomotor apparatus diseases;

• ear, nose and throat diseases;

• treatment for persons suffering from effects of ionizing radiation

 

 

Documents required for entry for rehabilitation treatment:

• Electronic referral for rehabilitation services;
• The referral for rehabilitation services is issued by the attending physician on the recommendation of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) doctor or the PMR doctor completes the E027 form in ESPBI IS. The referral is valid for 2 months or up to 180 days if the doctor decides otherwise;
• Electronic or printed extract from the medical records 027/a (inpatient epicrisis);
• Proof of identity.
